Eurotherm

Temp. controller (optional)

• Upgrade the temperature controller to the Eurotherm 3000 series Temperature Controller which is fully compatible with LabVIEW. This package includes a Eurotherm 3000 series programmer, a communication cable (RS485 - USB), and a software CD. 

Water-Cooled Flanges

• Both top and bottom flanges have water-cooling jacket (See left picture), which cools and preserves the O-ring sealings on the flange during high-temperature operation.

Hermetic Quenching Tank (Optional)

• Hermetic quenching tank is optional for air-sensitive materials, which enables the entire quenching process under atmosphere control.

• Brand new laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2013 (30 days free trial) for immediate use.
• Labview Based Temperature Control System (MTS01) enables a user to edit temperature profiles, manage heat-treatment recipes, record and plot data for MTI furnaces.
• A wireless remote control provides up to 300 meters of operating range.

• The tube furnaces with alumina tubes are designed for use under vacuum or positive pressure < 0.02 Mpa / 0.2 Bar/ 3 PSI (relative pressure)

• Never use graphite crucible in the alumina tube.

• Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure below 3 PSI for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

• Never heat the furnace while the gas release valve is closed and a positive pressure condition (>3 psi) exists within the furnace chamber.

• The flow rate of working gas should be limited to < 200 SCCM ( or < 200ml/min )
