1200°C Compact Split Tube Furnace (8" heating zone) w/ Vacuum Flanges & Optional Tube Size - OTF-1200X-S

 OTF-1200X-S is a compact split tube furnace with a max working temperature of 1200°C. The furnace adopts either 25, 50, or 60 mm OD tubes with a pair of stainless steel flanges, which allows for heating up samples in a vacuum or controlled gas atmosphere. The programmable PID temperature controller provides up to 30 segments of heating and cooling with +/- 1 °C accuracy. 
  • Double-layer steel structure and cooling fans to keep surface temperature <70°C
  • Alumina fibrous thermal insulation for better energy efficiency
  • Alumina coating on the thermal insulation for a longer service life of a heating chamber
  • Interchangeable design of heating module

Software (Optional)
  • LabVIEW-based Temperature Control System (MTS01) enables users to edit temperature profiles, manage heat-treatment recipes, record, and plot data for MTI furnaces.
