OTF-1200X-PV-HVS is an integrated system of a compact tube furnace with a high-performance Turbo vacuum pump to work Max. Temperature up to 1200˚C. The furnace is equipped with a 60mm O.D Quartz tube and vacuum sealing flanges as the heating chamber. A mechanical vacuum gauge is installed on the left flange, and right flange is connected to the Turbopump by a KF40 Clamp. This vacuum system enables the quartz tube to reach an ultimate vacuum level of 10^-5 torr. The furnace equips with PID programmable temperature controller to provide Maximum of 30 segments of heating and cooling segments with ±1 ˚C accuracy.

  • Alumina fibrous thermal insulation for better energy efficiency
  • Alumina coating on the thermal insulation for a longer service life of a heating chamber
  • Interchangeable design of heating module
