1100°C Max. Muffle Furnace (12x12x12") w/ Alloy Chamber for Debinding - KSL1200XMF

KSL1200X-M-F is a muffle furnace with a 310S alloy chamber and a working temperature of 1100°C. The 9x9x10" refractory alloy chamber has a gas inlet and outlet which can remove bender or glue to prepare porous materials or fill inert gas for sintering oxygen-sensitive materials. The programmable temperature controller is separated from the furnace for safe operation.

Heating Chamber 
   
  • Size: 12" x 12" x 12" ( 304 x 304 x 304 mm)
  • Capacity: 27 liters 
  • Heating element: Ni-Cr-Al wire inserted a high purity fibrous alumina
  • Three sides heating
  • Max. Temperature: 1200 °C
Refractory Alloy Chamber
   
  • 310S alloy chamber with hinged type door is placed inside the heating chamber
  • Size: 9"x9"x10" ( 230x230 x 250 mm )
  • Capacity: ( ~13.2 Liter ) 
  • 8 mm ID gas inlet tube is put to the back of the furnace
  • 8 mm ID" gas outlet tube is connected to the top of the furnace
  • K type thermal couple is inserted into the inside chamber for temperature control
  • Max. working Temperature: 1000°C
  • Note:
    • This is not an airtight chamber, but it is enough to keep smoking leaking to damage the heating chamber
    • For air-sensitive material, suggest use 5%H2 + 95% Ar to keep the sample from oxidation
