1700C Max Dual Controllers High Temperature Muffle Furnace (12x12x16", 36L) -KSL-1700X-A4-DC

KSL-1700X-A4-DC is an upgraded model of KSL-1700X-A4 furnace. This model equips with two sets of temperature controllers and two B-type thermocouples, the primary controller and the monitoring controller to ensure safety. The gas route is built to allow inert gas into the chamber and the safety door lock prevents the furnace door from opening by accident during operation. The furnace adopts high-quality alumina fiber bricks insulation and MoSi₂ heating elements which achieve a temperature capacity of 1700°C in the 12"x12"x16" chamber. This model of box furnace is ideal for R&D, laboratory, and also industrial use.

Primary and Monitoring Controllers	The primary controller and thermocouple dominate the user-defined heating program and main alarm system. The monitoring controller only monitors the real temperature by the other thermocouple and activates the secondary alarm system when the failure of the primary controller to ensure safety.
Temperature Controller	30 programmable segments for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time. Built-in PID Auto-Tune function with overheating & broken thermocouple broken protection. Over-temperature protection and alarm allow the operation without attendant(s). +/- 1 ºC temperature accuracy. PC control ready. Cable and software are included.
Temperature controller (optional)	You may upgrade the temperature controller to the Eurotherm Temperature Controller which provides +/- 0.1ºC accuracy. Application Notes	The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 °C /min.  Toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.  Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. A refractory door block must be inserted before the closing door.
