Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with the alumina coating
The heating module is easy to replace. Click the pic left to order the spare Heating module for replacement
If firing material release vapor or smoking, please put the furnace into a fume hood as the left picture.
Toxic, corrosive, or explosive gases are not allowed to use with this furnace without the necessary safety controls or supervision.
