300T Electric Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP) with ID 80 mm Die and Programmable Control Panel up to 500 MPa - YLJCIP300

YLJ-CIP-300  is an electric cold isostatic pressing (CIP) machine with 80mm ID 50 Mpa pressure vessel CIP via a separated 300T electric hydraulic pump and touch screen panel.   It is an excellent tool for preparing many high-density ceramic rods, disks, or targets. compared to dry die pressing.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Digital pressure display (unit KN)
  • 10 - 300T adjusted by touch screen panel
  • Pressure accuracy:  0.01 T  
  • The digital control panel can program multi-segment pressure, pressing speed, and dwell time
Electric Hydraulic Pump Station
  • An electric hydraulic pump station is in a separate box
  • Standard: 220V±10% AC (single phase, 50/60Hz)
  • 1500 W 
  • Optional: 110V to 220V transformer for using under 110V

 CIP Vessel
  • Vessel is made of a strong alloy with an SS sleeve
  • Vessel I.D: 80 mm
  • Max pressure:  500 MPa  
  • A heating jacket  with temperature controller for WIP is available up to 150 °C  at an extra cost
Pressure Controller
  • 7" touch screen control panel, which can program all parameters:
    • Pressing speed
    • pressure segments
    • Pressure dwell time
