CIP35D900Ā isĀ Complete CIP Die Set (Max. 900Mpa Vessel) for Cold Isostatic Press. It has a 35mm ID x105mm hydraulic chamber made by ultra-strength alloy, which can provideĀ isostatic hydraulic pressure up to 900 MPa via an 87T hydraulic press. It is an excellent tool for the material research lab to prepare high-density compound samples at easy.Ā

  • Made of high strength alloy with stainless steel protective jacket
Ma. Hydraulic Pressure in Chamber
  • The pressure inside the vessel: 900 MPa Max.
  • Requires Hydraulic force: 86.6 T Max. ( 8660 Kg)
Operation Temperature
  • 10 - 40Ā°C
Maximum pressure holding time
  • 15 minutes (The time starts from the press reaches the target pressure value and ends by releasing the pressure)
Application Notes
  • You may use the liquid rubber to seal the sample to be CIP ( click Pic.1 to order). Check this link to understand liquid rubber for sample preparation.Ā 
  • You may use a small vacuum sealer to seal the sample before CIP inside a glovebox to avoid air contamination ( Click Pic. 2 to order)
  • You may use the machine as a dry pressing to order pressing die (click Pic below right)

Warning
  • Never let the press hold the target pressure be longer than 8 minutes,
  • It's normal that the target pressure decreases a little bit during the pressure holding time, so never press the red nor the green button in this period.
  • Pressure must be completely released first, then make sure the handwheel and the pressure release valve has been tightened before pressing
  • If you order the die only and using your own press machine, , MTI is not responsible for the safety
