EF1600L is a 1600oC electrolytic furnace with two electrodes and a maximum DC power of up to 30VDC and 2000A. The furnace accepts a large graphite crucible up to 8"ID x 15"H. It is an excellent tool for refining noble metals from molten salt under a controlled atmosphere.

SPECIFICATION:

Atmosphere-controlled Furnace	Chamber size 410 mm x 410 x 500 mm (about 16" × 16" × 20"), 80 Liter Atmosphere-controlled steel chamber for oxygen, inert gas, and vacuum conditions. MoSi2 heating elements Max. working temperature: 1600oC Programmable temperature controller with +/- 1oC accuracy. Power ：460VAC ( or 380V) +/- 10% ， three phase， 26KW Max.
Eletrolyte Electrodes	Two water-cold electrodes with electric lifting machinery are installed on the top of the furnace with a 1000A max current rating. Two 20 mm diameter electrodes consist of two parts: The Top is made of copper with a water cooling jacket, which will connect to the DC power supply, and the bottom is made of a solid graphite rod, which is inserted into crucble One recirculating water chiller with 16L/minute flow is included for cooling the electrodes
DC Power Supply (optional)	One digital DC power supply is optional Voltage: 0- 30VDC adjustable. Current: 0 - 2000A adjustable Power: Power: 460VAC ( or 380V) +/- 10%， three phase， 30 KW Max.
Compliace	CE certification NRTL certification is available upon request at an extra cost
