Reaction Vessel

  • 4" quartz tube, 100 OD x 94 ID x 300 L (mm), Capacity: 1.7 L
  • SS 316 hermetic flange with six 1/4" compression tube fittings

  • Gas inlet and outlet 
  • Type K in-situ thermocouple
  • One alumina thermal block.

Heating Area

  • Ø120 ID × 200 H mm

Optional Crucibles

  • Choice of different alumina crucibles
    • Ø40 × 40 mm
    • Ø60 × 60 mm

Electrodes Connections

  • Ø 3 mm copper sheathed with Ø6 alumina tube, up to 55A
  • Copper barrel connectors for connections with any types of Ø6 mm electrodes (electrodes are not included)

Temperature controller

  • One digital temperature controller is built in with an accuracy of ±1°C
    • PID automatic control and auto-tune function.
    • 30 programmable segments for precise process
    • Built-in protection for overheating and broken thermocouples.
  • K-type thermocouple

DC Power Supply (Optional)

  • A programmable DC power supply is optional up to 30V DC, and 70A Max
