VBF-MS series is a desktop molten salt reactor with a choice of reactors made in stainless steel or titanium. The system comes with a top flange with multiple feedthroughs to accommodate three electrodes, a K-type thermocouple for in-situ temperature reading, and a gas inlet and outlet. Such a design allows studies for molten salt electrolysis or battery on a lab scale.

  • DN80ISO-K flange with six 1/4" compression tube ports for 6 mm OD tube
    • Three ports are reserved for electrodes
    • Two ports are reserved for the gas inlet and gas outlet
    • One port is reserved for in-site temperature measurement
  • Pressure < 3 psig
