SPG-30AB is a compact 30KW High-Frequency Induction Heater is designed for quickly heating or melting metallic material. This system can also be modified to a crucible melting furnace with 2" tube and flange.


SPECIFICATIONS:

Working Voltage 220 +/- 10% VAC, 50/60 Hz, Three Phase (380VAC 50/60 Hz, three-phase is available upon request)
Max. Output Power 30 KW (100A power outlet is required)
Inductive Current 7 - 70 Amp Adjustable with digital display
Output Frequency 80 - 200 kHz, non-adjustable.
Duty Cycle 100%
Timer Control
  • Automatic timer control or Manual control selectable
    • Manual Control: by Foot Pedal
    • Automatic Heating Time: 1-99 Seconds
    • Automatic Dwell Time: 1-99 Seconds
    • Automatic Colling Time: 1-99 Seconds
Electric Cable The cable length between the transformer station and the working station is 2 meters.
Air Cooling Rear Fan

  • Flowrate: > 6 L/Min
  • Pressure: ≄0.2 MPa (29 Psi)

This induction heater also can be used as vacuum crucible induction melting furnace if use 2" quartz tube and vacuum flanges (Please click the picture below to see details):
  • Half Open Quartz Tube is included with dimensions of 50mm(OD) x 44mm(ID) x 300mm(L)
  • KF25 connector and 1000mm long SS pipe for connecting to the vacuum pump
  • Stainless Steel Flange with high-temperature silicone o-ring and self-tighten structure
  • Vacuum pump for evacuating the chamber
