1500C Two Zone Split Tube Furnace with Flange & Alumina Tube (80 mm) - OTF1500XII

OTF-1500X-II is a split two-zone tube furnace with a alumina tube and conventional flange working up to 1500°C. Two 30 segments of temperature controllers are installed with S-type thermal couples and +/ - 1°C accuracy. It is an excellent furnace for exchanging processing tubes for multi-purpose.

Processing Tube
    • Alumina Ceramic Tube: 80 O.D x 74 I.D x 1000 L, mm (Pic.1)
    • Optional mullite tube at extra cost: 80 O.D x 73 I.D x 1000 L, mm
    • Stainless steel vacuum sealing flange with valve and meter is included.
    • The thermal blocks are included.
    • You may order flange support to avoid tube rotating (Pic.2)

    • The tube furnaces with mullite tubes are designed for use under vacuum and low pressure < 0.02 Mpa / 0.2 Bar/ 3 PSI. Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1300°C. The flow rate for gases should be limited to < 200 SCCM for reducing thermal shock to the tube.
    • Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation. Click here to learn about the installation of a gas regulator.
    • Never heat the furnace while the gas release valve is closed and a positive pressure condition exists within the furnace chamber. The pressure gauge must be used to closely monitor the chamber condition at all times during the heating process; please open the gas release valve immediately once the chamber pressure has reached over 3 PSI to prevent unforeseeable damages.
