1200 °C Max 15" Automated Tube Furnace for AI Material Research - GSL-1200XS15-ASD

The GSL-1200XS15-ASD is a fully automatic heating furnace designed for Φ400 mm tubes up to 1200°C. The PC-based control software enables one-touch operation for the automatic execution of the entire sintering process.
With the assistance of a robot, the system automates the following sequence:
loading; flange door closing; vacuuming, gas purging, and flow control; thermal cycling (ramping, heating, and cooling); flange door opening and sample retrieval.
The system supports multi-cycle operations and allows a single PC to control multiple units simultaneously. This integration enables 24/7 uninterrupted, fully automated high-throughput sample sintering with both local and remote-control capabilities.

  • One KF25 port for vacuum generation, with a digital pressure gauge
Sample Stage
     

Two kinds of sample stages, 

(1) one is for 17 quartz crucibles

  • 17 quartz crucibles Ø40 × 30 mm H
  • Alumina, graphite, magnesia crucibles are available upon request.

(2) one is for 30-35 pieces 8x8" wafers holder also available .

  • Customized sample holder/crucible is also available upon request

     

Control Panel & Software

  • Set the heating profile, gas flow rate, loading/unloading cycles and cycle number.
  • After setup is done, with an assistance of a robot, it enbles,
  1. Loading sample and close the door.
  2. flow gas
  3. execute the predefine heating profile up to 50 segments
  4. When the heating profile is executed, stop flowing gas, open the door and unloading at 500°C.
  5. repeat step 1-4.
  6. Recording the pressure, cycles, purging, etc.

  • Automated sample loading and retrieval via an integrated robotic arm. 
  • Power: 48VDC, 150W
