1100°C Vacuum Crucible Furnace with 4"OD x 8" H Quartz Chamber - VBF-1200S-VC

VBF-1200S-VC is a vacuum crucible furnace with a quartz tube of 4"OD x 3.7"ID x 8"L and a flange for sintering a sample up to 3" under vacuum.



SPECIFICATION:

  • AC 110V, Single Phase 50/60Hz
  • 1.5KW Max.
  • 220VAC is available upon request
  • Rated Fuse: 20A
Structure
  • SS316 case for anti-corrosive processing
  • The crucible furnace has a heating chamber of 4.7" D x 8" H, (120 mm ID x 200 mm H)
  • The separated temperature controller for remote operation
  • The temperature controller is separated from the furnace for safe operation

Processing Tube and flange
  •  The quartz tube with one end closed and a flange and valve is inserted into the heating chamber for processing under a vacuum
  • Quartz tube dimension: 100mm OD x 94 mm ID x 250 mmL
  • One flange with 1/4" gas inlet and needle valve, KF 16 port ( to install a vacuum gauge), and KF 25 port ( to connect to a vacuum pump, as well as KF25 Vacuum Right-Angle Valve  are included
  • Optional: KF-16 could be used on the Anti-Corrosive Digital Vacuum and bellow tube can be order by click the picture below:

Vaccun level: 10-2 torr by mechanical pump and 10-5 torr by turbo pump

  • Max. 1100°C for short time <1hour
  • Continuous working temperature: <1000°C

 Max. Heating Rate
  • 20 °C /min Max.

 Temperature controller
  • Two digital temperature controller is built a separate box with +/- 1ºC accuracy
    • One controller and T/C is for controlling
      • PID automatic control and auto-tune function.
      • 30 programmable segments for precise process
      • Built-in protection for over-heated and broken Thermal couple.
    • Another one is for monitoring furnace running and cut-off power if the furnace overheated
  • Two Omega K-type thermal couples included
  • RS485 port installed for PC operation
