High-Pressure SS310S Alloy Tube with Flanges, 60/80/100mm O.Dx1000mm L, 900C Max. - Tube-HP-SS310

This is an SS310S tube vessel that can be used under oxidation, inert, or reduction gas atmosphere up to 900°C for special compounds processing. Such a tube is also suitable for use with MTI tube furnaces to create a system that satisfies ultra-high vacuum or high-pressure HIP (hot isostatic pressure) applications. It is an ideal vessel for researching the new generation materials at low cost.

Installation
  • Thoroughly clean the copper gasket before use
  • Use torque adjustable wrench to tighten the flange properly
  •  
        
  • Warning
    • Regularly run visual inspection on the tube surface. The high-pressure vessel is the consumable part, please replace the tube once deformation is noticed.
    • Must install a pressure regulator on gas cylinder side to regulate pressure.
    • Service-life design for 2,000 hours at 800C. 
    Attention:
    • In order get longer tube service life, Please use quartz or alumina crucible to carry the sample, instead of loading sample directly inside the tube, please click the picture below to choose one crucible boat:
               

    Optional Accessories
    • A torque wrench is available here to avoid overtightening the flange bolts
    • High-pressure relief valve with pre-set safe pressure
