Hi-Pressure Super Alloy Tube: 100 OD x 82 ID x 1200 L (mm) w/ CF Flanges, 1100oC Max. - Tube-HP-100-82

Ni-based superalloy tube vessel (100 mm O.D x 82 mm I.D x 1200 mm L). It can be used under ultra-highly oxidizing and inert gas atmosphere up to 1100°C to process special compounds. It is a consumable part of OTF-1200X-HP-III, which is a compact HIP (hot isostatic pressure) furnace for researching the new generation of materials at low cost.

Tube Structure

  • 100 mm O.D x 82 mm I.D x 1200 mm L
  • CF type flanges with copper O-ring
  • Two High Pressure / High Vacuum needle valves are included
  • Water cooling rings are installed on two ends of the tube.
  • 1/2 NPS port  is built in to connect vacuum gauge or high pressure gauge

  • There is four water cooling bracket blocks, two on each side.
  • Two water cooling ports on each block.
  • Illustration of linking all four half water cooling blocks in series.

 

                 

 

Option Water Cilller
  • Must have water chiller while heating this tube, or it will cause damage to the flanges.
  • A water chiller is required, but not included, please click to order at extra cost.

Optional Tool 
  • Please use a torque wrench to make sure the equal forces to be applied to the bolts when installing the CF flange in MTI high-pressure furnace.
  • Hex Bit Socket M14 of Torque wrench for CF flange installation CFTQ-M14
  •    
Attention:
  • In order to get longer tube service life, Please use quartz or alumina crucible to carry the sample, instead of loading the sample directly inside the tube, please browse our crucible boat.
