It consists of a heating furnace, gas quenching chamber, inert gas injection mechanism. . Automatic procedure included placing a sample into the gas quenching chamber, automatically heating as a program, gas replacement, returning to the gas quenching chamber, and injecting inert gas to quickly cooling.
