OTF-1200X-III-HP-VT is a three-heating zone (900 mm L) vertical fluidized bed furnace with 1200°C max (1100°C continuous) working temperature and two 60mm dia. processing tubes, which can be used to test catalysts for methane reforming (hydrogen and syngas production) and Fisher-Tropsch (hydrocarbons synthesis) reactions.

Processing Tube

- One mechanical pressure gauge is pre-installed on the top flange
- Nickel Base Super Alloy Tube with CF60 flange:Â Ă 60 O.D. x Ă 50 I.D. x 1400 L, mm
- One pressure transmitter is pre-installed on the top flange.
- The bottom flange is equipped with a 50-mesh air distribution plate (Pic.3)
- The pressure inside the alloy tube will be varied by the change of the temperature:
