KSL-1200X-J-H is a hybrid Muffle/Tube Furnace with 1200 Max working temperature. It has a heating chamber of 6"x6"x7" as a box furnace and a 2â or 4" OD quartz tube with a flange can be inserted from the top as a vacuum tube furnace. It is 2 in 1 cost-effective solution for material processing.

Structure

- High purity alumina fiber insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency.Â
- Heavy-duty double-layer structure with a cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch.Â
- Doble layer steel case with forced-air cooling to ensure lower safer surface temperature.
- One 2" or 4" Dia. hole is opened from the top of the chamber with a thermal insulation block
- When used as a tube furnace, a quartz tube with a flange will be inserted into the heating chamber.

- AÂ 2" or 4" quartz tube with a flange can be inserted into the heating chamber to treat the sample under a high vacuum or controlled atmosphere. Please choose from the product options bar.

- 1/4" barbed fitting gas inlet and needle valve are included for connecting the gas tank

Application Notes
|
- For a longer service life of the furnace, we recommend not exceeding the heating rate of 10°C/min.
- The cooling rate should not exceed 10 °C /min either.
- Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence, and the cracks may be repaired with the alumina coatingÂ
- The heating module is easy to replace. Click the pic left to order the spare Heating module for replacement
- If firing material releases vapor or smoke, please place the furnace into a fume hood.Â
