Processing Tube

• Internal Heating of 6" ID built inside a 10.5" OD SS310 Alloy tube with water cold jacket
• An alumina fibrous thermal insulation layer is between the heater and the alloy tube

• Three-zone total length: 1500mm
• Zone 1: 500mm, Zone 2: 500mm, Zone 3: 500mm
• Constant temperature zone: 1000mm ± 3°C (set the same temperature for all 3 zones)

• 3 digital control with 30 programmable segments are included, and control via a Laptop computer  ( included)
• Automatic protection from over-temperature and broken thermal couple 
• RS-485 Communications Port
  
  • MTS02-Y Temperature control software kit (for YD518P series controllers) + 15" laptop package is included 
  • You may upgrade the controller to the Eurotherm 3004 with +/- 0.1 accuracy

• A set of SS304 flanges is included, KF-25 gas outlet port
• Vacuum level: 10-2 torr using a mechanical pump, 10-5 torr using a molecular pump (pump is not included)
• Max withstand pressure for the standard flange included is 0.02 MPa

•  A recirculating water chiller with 16 L/min flow rate is required to cool the steel tube. You may click Pic 1 below to order

• The burning system will keep the hydrogen gas from the outlet burning automatically
• H2 Detectable range: 1 - 1000 ppm
• Two-level Alarm Point:
  • First-level alarm point: once it reaches 50 ppm, the alarm is triggered
  • Second-level alarm point: once it reaches 100 ppm, it will shut off the inlet valve to the H2 automatically
