OTF-1600X-III-6-H2 is a safe hydrogen tube furnace with 6" ID and 1500 °C Max working temperature. The processing tube is made of high-quality SS310 with an internal heating coil made of Mo. An automatic hydrogen-burning system with an H2 gas leak detector is included to ensure maximum safety.

Flanges and Gas Inlet

- A set of SS304 flanges is included, KF-25 gas outlet port
- Vacuum level: 10-2 torr using a mechanical pump, 10-5 torr using a molecular pump (pump is not included)

Water cooling and a Vacuum pump

Hydrogen Detector and Burning System
|
- The burning system will keep the hydrogen gas from the outlet burning automatically
- H2 Detectable range: 1 - 1000 ppm
- Two-level Alarm Point:
- First-level alarm point: once it reaches 50 ppm, the alarm is triggered
- Second-level alarm point: once it reaches 100 ppm, it will shut off the inlet valve to the H2 automatically
