HTVO-90 is a high-temperature and high vacuum oven with a 18x18x18" heating chamber and a sliding door. The oven is 5 sides heated for max. uniformity up to 900oC with 10-5 torr vacuum level.  It is designed for heat treatment of air-sensitive components.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • 208~240 VAC, 3Ø, 50/60 Hz, 50A
  • 15 kVA
  • 380-415, 460-480VAC is available upon request
Structure
  • The chamber is structured with SS304 with 4 layers of SS310 reflection plates on each side
  • Chamber size  18x18x18", 91 Liter,  3.4 Cubic Feet with  4 sides heating
  • Constant temperature zone:     12 x12 x 12" with +/- 2ÂșC
  • Sliding door with water cooling for easy sample loading.
  • KF40 vacuum port for foreline
  • KF25 port for vacuum gauge
  • 1/4" tube fittings as gas inlet and outlet
  • DN100 or DN160  port is also available upon request for a turbo pump. 
  • Touchscreen control panel
Temperature Control
  • One programming PID temperature controller
  • 30 segments programmable with ± 1ÂșC accuracy
  • Continuous working temperature:  50 - 900 ÂșC
  • Temperature Uniformity: ±2°C in 12x12x12" chamber center zone.
  • The software and PC interface module are available at an extra cost
Vacuum Pump 
  • Dual-stage rotary vane pump with an exhaust filter installed
  • Maximum vacuum: < 5e-2 torr by a mechanical pump and <1e-5 torr by a turbopump.
  • Built-in mechanical vacuum gauge
  • One 1000 mL/min gas flowmeter for monitoring gas gauge, fill, and flow.
Water Cooling
  • One digitally controlled Recirculating Water Chiller EQ-KJ5300 is included. (click Pic. left to see details) for cooling front door sealing
    • Refrigeration range: 5~35°C
    • Flowing range: 16L/minute
    • Coolant tank capacity: 6 Liter
    • Use anti-corrosion coolant for the best performance.

  • NRTL or CSA Certification is available upon request at an extra cost.
Application Notes
  • For accurate temperature measurement, you may do calibration by using the temperature calibrating kit.
