1650°C Reculating Steam Corrosion and Thermal shock Testing Furnace GSL-1700X-80CVD

The high-temperature steam-corrosion and thermal shock cycle test furnace GSL-1700X-80CVD can reach 1650 °C, and its continuous working time is 1600. It consists of three parts: a water vapor generator, a heating furnace, and a sample-delivery mechanism. The thermal shock cycling test is easier to perform with customizable cycling parameters(Temperature, Time, and Cycles) via dedicated software.

SPECIFICATIONS

Features
  • The steam intake is made of a 3mm outer diameter platinum-rhodium alloy pipe.
  • The outside of the PT tube and alumina tube is protected by flowing gas.
  • Three alumina/SIC tubes were used to support the sample, and a B-type thermocouple is used to measure the temperature of the sample.
  • The alumina crucible and corundum tube splicing structure prevents vapor from spilling into the furnace and prevents cracking.
  • Easy access furnace structure facilitates the replacement of ceramic parts.
  • The steam vapor evaporation and gas flow can be customized at extra cost.
