MSK-PRT-300 is an economic powder resistivity & compaction density measurement system with a digital four-probe resistivity meter and a manual pressing machine up to 300 Kg. It is suitable for testing the quality of Li-Ion battery powder and electrode sheets.

A laptop computer and software are included to record testing data and the curve for the relationship between compaction density and resistivity.

Working Mechanism

Control of the computer	A laptop with software is included as a control panel for measurement of powder compaction density and resistivity (applied pressure can be up to 30 MPa) All data and curves are recorded into a computer
Resistance Range	10^-5～2×10⁵Ω/cm with 8-segment range Accuracy: +/- 5% in full range
Testing voltage range	10mV ～ 100 mV

Force of pressing	Force is applied manually via a hand wheel The pressing force is measured by a digital load sensor. Pressing force: 0 - 300Kg measureable Pressure range: 0 - 30 MPa with accuracy ±0.01 MPa
Environmental Use Conditions	Working temperature: -10℃～+40℃， Humidity: ≤65%RH This device can be operated in a glovebox with Ar gas
