CMHIP1520 is a high pressure high temperature furnace designed for hot isostatic pressing process for additive manufacturing. The furnace uses Mo resistance coils for temperature up to 1500°C and  has an internal heating area

Gas Booster

(Optional)

  • Gas booster is recommended for process at low-temperature but high-pressure (>10 MPa or 1500 psig) conditions due to insufficient gas pressure from a cylinder. 

Air Compressor

(Optional)

  • Compressed air is required @ 40 - 60 psig to drive the pneumatic solenoid valve
  • MTI recommends using an air compressor or similar. 
Compliance
  • CE, NRTL (UL61010), or CSA certification is available at extra cost.
Field Service
