Large Semi-Automatic Screen Printing Film Coater with Vacuum Chuck (1000 x1280 mm Max.) - SPC-3850

EQ-SPC-3850 is a large precision screen printing machine driven by compressed gas with a coating area of 300 mm x 500 mm. It is a cost-effective tool for making various film coating with patterns and can be used for making flexible rechargeable battery electrodes, OLED, or thermoelectric devices.

  • Two types of operation modes: foot pedal and automatic 
  • Digital display to count printing number
  • Vacuum chuck for holding the printing sheet faster and easier
  • The printing knife is driven by compressed gas with constant pressure to ensure repeatable quality printing
  • Printing length, width, and blade angle are adjustable for quality printing
Working Voltage
  • 208 - 240V Single Phase, 50/60Hz
  • 1000W power consumption
  • For 110V, a 1500W Transformer can be purchased separately
Substrate Holder
  • A substrate is held by the vacuum chuck with an area of 1000 x 1800 mm
  • The vacuum pump is built into the bottom of the machine
  • Effective printing area: 960 x 1725 mm Max. ( 38"W x 50"L)
  • Substrate thickness: 0 - 80 mm adjustable
  • The position of the vacuum chuck can be fine-adjusted with the knobs.
  • Position adjusting range:
    • X-axis: 10mm to the left and 10mm to the right, a total of 20mm
    • Y-axis: 8mm to the front and 8mm to the back, a total of 16mm
Screen Mask
  • A sample screen mask with MTI's Logo is included for testing and machine inspection.
  • Extra screen masks with frames are available from Amazon or many other online stores.
  • A screen mask with a customized printing pattern can be DIY, please refer to this video.
  • MTI can also provide screen masks with customized printing patterns and sizes, please contact us for more details.
Coating Blade
  • Two Squeegees are also included for immediate use.
  • The backing blade is used for returning the printing material to achieve automatic continuous printing.
Position Accuracy
  • +/- 0.08 mm
Compliance
  • CE certified
  • NRTL or CSA certification is available upon request at an extra cost.

Compressed Gas Requirement

  • 0.5-0.6 MPa pressure required
  • The compressed Air pump is not included, please click the link below to order one if you don't have
  • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn about the installation of a gas regulator.
