300 mm Wide Slot-die Film Applicator with Rollers- Se-KTQ-300SD

Se-KTQ-300SD is a 300 mm wide slot die coating unit with a rolling frame. The rollers greatly diminish the friction between the substrate and applicator and ensure the consistency of coating clearance. 
The assembly also comes with two digital micrometers. 

Structure
  • Touch-free coating experience 
  • The 300 mm wide slot-die is bolted on a rolling stage with 3 or 4 wheels to reduce friction. 
  • The coating clearance between the slot die and the substrate is adjustable with both accuracy and increment of +/- 1 micron via two digital micrometers.
  • 2 sets of stainless steel shims: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, and 0.4mm.

Application Note

In order to achieve the best coating, adjustment of suitable parameters including but not limited to slurry viscosity, slurry feeding speed, the gap between slot die and substrate, shim thickness, coating speed, drying temperature, etc.
