• The quartz boat is designed for annealing or CVD of 8 to 10mm substrate with 0.5mm thickness. Total 5 substrates can be inserted into the boat at 45 degrees
• Quartz boat is made of ultra-high purity quartz (4N purity) with 1200^oC working temperature

• The quartz boat can fit in MTI GSL-1100X and OTF-1200X-S ( 2"O.D tube furnace )
