1200C Max. High Temperature Dip Coater w. Rotation Holder for Max. 4" Dia. Sample - PTL-HT-4

PTL-HT-4 is a CE Certified Programmable Dip Coater with Max. two-zone vertical tube furnace and color touch screen controller. It is designed for R&D Lab to prepare various optical or epitaxial films from the liquid solution. The solution is located at the bottom of the sealed tube at room temperature, and the sample with max. 4" dia x 300mm L, can go through dual heating zone up to 1200oC for dip coating. Built-in precision pulling rod with rotation function to achieve a uniform coating.

  • Working Voltage: 220V +/- 10%, 50/60Hz, single phase
  • Max. Power Consumption: 3KW
  • Heating Zone: Two heating zones: 200mm+200mm (400 mm in total)
  • Max. heating temperature: 1200°C
  • Continuous working temperature: 1100°C
  • Two programmable digital temperature controller with +/- 1°C accuracy
  • Adjusting two-zone temperature can form a different temperature gradient
  • The Vertical furnace has no processing tube
  • 5" dia. quartz tube with flange is available upon request for atmosphere control
Pulling Mechanism
  • Touch Screen 6"x4" panel to control pulling rod travel and rotation speed
  • Pulling speed: 0.8-50mm/h
  • Pulling rod rotation speed: 0.1-23r/min
  • Quick travel speed: 40mm/min
  • Max. travel distance: 500mm
Pulling wire
  • One set of Ni-SS pulling wire is included to hang up the sample. Max. working temperature is 800°C
  • Max. sample size: Φ100*300 H, mm
  • Max. sample weight: 5 kg
  • Optional pulling wire for higher working temperature:
    • Ni-Cr-Al wire max. working temperature: 1100°C
    • Platinium wire max.working temperature: 1200°C - 1600°C
Liquid Container
  • One liquid container is required on the bottom furnace for dipping sample, which is not included
  • Customer may buy the solution beaker based on your solution and sample size
