Floor-Stand Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Coater with a 16"x16" 500°C Heating Plate - MSK-USP-12

MSK-USP-12 is the larger version of Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Coating Machine with 400x400 mm heating substrate plate up to 500 °C.

  • 3000 W

Dispensing & Sprayer

  • Two ultrasonic sprayers heads are included: 
    • One cylindrical type - provides a narrower spray pattern with ~2 cm diameter
    • One cone type - provides a wider spray pattern ~ 4 cm diameter
    • Ultrasonic nozzle frequency: 40KHz±10%
  • Produces a fine spray of droplets of 10- 20  microns average size
  • One digital dispensing unit  is included with a capacity of 250ml
  • Dispensing rate:  1-10ml / sec. Adjustable via touch screen control panel

    Sprayer

    • Fluid viscosity range: 1 - 50 mPa·s (cP)
    • Sprayer traverse area:   X - Y   400mm max.
    Pressure Regulator & Gauge

    • A pressure regulator with a gauge is installed on the machine for precise air pressure control. 
    Air Compressor

    • Compressed air with a pressure of ~ 4 bar is required for normal operation of the unit
    • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
