MSK-USP-12 is the larger version of
Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Coating Machine with 400x400 mm heating substrate plate up to 500 °C.
Specifications:
| Power Input |
- 208 - 240VAC, single phase, 50/60Hz
- 3000 W
|
Dispensing & Sprayer
|
-
Two ultrasonic sprayers heads are included:
- One cylindrical type - provides a narrower spray pattern with ~2 cm diameter
- One cone type - provides a wider spray pattern ~ 4 cm diameter
- Ultrasonic nozzle frequency: 40KHz±10%:
- Produces a fine spray of droplets of 10- 20 microns average size
- One digital dispensing unit is included with a capacity of 250ml
- Dispensing rate: 1-10ml / sec. Adjustable via touch screen control panel
|
|
Sprayer
|
- Fluid viscosity range: 1 - 50 mPa·s (cP)
- Sprayer traverse area: X - Y 400mm max.
|
Pressure Regulator & Gauge
|
- A pressure regulator with a gauge is installed on the machine for precise air pressure control.
|
Air Compressor
|
- Compressed air with a pressure of ~ 4 bar is required for normal operation of the unit
-
Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
