MSKPSEGEC1515 is a thermal evaporation coater system capable of achieving temperature up to 1500 °C and fully integrated within a dual-station glovebox for complete operation. The system is equipped with three organic cluster beam evaporation sources and three boat-type thermal evaporation sources, which are compatible with material such as Cu, Ag, C60, NPB, and TPBi to enable versatile deposition for advanced fabrication. The system enables simultaneous co-deposition from multiple sources to support the fabrication of perovskite solar cells with high precision and uniform film formation.Ā
The heating chamber is equipped a turbomolecular pump and mechanical pump to allow the chamber reaching vacuum levelĀ to 1.0E-5. The sample holder accommodates substrates up to 150mm x 150mm.Ā The integrated design provides a controlled oxygen and humidity environment, which is suitable for advanced materials research and fabrication applications.Ā
