MSK-RR-laminator is an automatic Roll to Roll device designed for laminating two foil together via a rolling machine. 

SPECIFICATIONS:


Working Voltage
  • 220 VAC, 50/60Hz
  • 220VAC Power plug is not included (Please click here to order the plug)
  • You may use a 100W transformer to operate at 110V

Max. Power Consumption
  • 50W

Front Panel & Speed Control
  • Torque sensor control for R2R rolling press ( 110V- 240V AC)

Reeling Width
  • Width is adjustable from 2" - 8" for the flexible substrate material

Traverse Speed
  • The film traverse speed is dependent on its calendaring speed, normally <1.5 meters/min

Roller's O.D
  • Min. roller ID 40 mm
  • Two 87mm (3.43 inches) x 41 mm ID plastic roll are included for winding

Reeling/Unreeling Roll Diameter
  • Max. 230mm

Optional Alignment Mechanism
  • The optional alignment base allows easy alignment with precise control.
  • Please select from the options bar.

Compliance
  • CE certified
  • Protective Cover is Optional and at an extra cost

Application Notes
  • This roll-to-roll device is compatible with MTI MSK-HRP series tabletop calendaring machines( Pic. 1& 2)
