R2R Coating System With Phase-Inversion Water Baths For Membrane Fabrication - MSK-AFA-C300-CHGD
MTI designs and manufactures the customized roll-to-roll membrane coating system for hydrogen electrolysis or seawater desalination
Technical Processes, including, but not limited, to below:
(1) The substrate will be released from the unwinding roller and processed by unwinding via a blade film applicator or slot-die to obtain a hydrophilic surfaceÂ
(2) Phase inversion will send the substrate to a multi-water bath for dip coating with hydrophobic repellents (room temperature).
(3) Then, the membrane is dried in a convection or IR heated chamber (Max.150â);
(4) Enter into the washing bath at room temperature;
SPECIFICATIONS:
|
Power & Voltage |
