MSK-ADS800EP40S-231 is a low-cost small dry room system with a 6 square meters ( 60 SF) area and a dew point < -40ÂșC. ( one person with protective cloth). The area of the small dry room is equal to 6 standard gloveboxes, but the cost is about 3 gloveboxes. You can put a whole set of coin cell battery equipment or a small pouch cell line inside, and work more efficiently.

The working mechanism of the wheel roller with gel inside the dehumidifier is shown below:


SPECIFICATIONS

  • The small dry room system consists of a dehumidifier, a recirculating chiller, and a sealed room modified by a greenhouse.
  •  Can be installed without a construction contractor, and moveable by yourselves
  • Dew Point: -40ÂșC (~ 79 ppm) under the condition that has no de-gas or de-vapor equipment inside and measures in the center of the dry room with one operator.
  •  8KW total power: (50/60Hz) for energy saving
  • The dry room shall be placed in an air-conditioned room with a temperature < 26oC, and humidity < 60%
  • Flexible to choose dehumidifier and water chill for DIY your own dry room
