Left Side Flange for 2" Processing Tube with 1/4" Feedthrough - FL-50-FT(L)

This is the left side of the smart sealing assembly for 2" vacuum tube furnace to seal one end of OD 50-52 mm ( 2") tube without any welding and gluing.

SPECIFICATIONS

Features	Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. Made of Stainless Steel ( SS304) with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. Click picture left to order 1/4" diameter thermal couple for the feedthrough at extra cost. Click picture below-righ to order digital vacuum gauge for mechanical gauge replacement. You may order quick connected flange for another end of flange.
Structure	1/4"ID Thermal couple or any tube/rod Feedthrough Mechanical Pressure Gauge 1/8" NPS Valve Barbed Fitting for 10mm O.D. tube.
Vacuum Level	Vacuum level: 10E-5 torr by molecular pump and 10E-2 torr by mechanical pump
Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
