Vacuum Sealing Assembly for Single End 60mm dia.Tube with Vacuum Meter/ Valve - HFL-60

This is a smart sealing assembly for one end of 60 mm O.D. tube and one end closed tube.

SPECIFICATIONS

Package Included	One flange with gauge and valve, one steel sealing rings, two high-temperature silicone O-rings ( 300°C Max., and six screws
Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. The end has a vacuum meter with valve. Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. 1/4" hose connector at the end. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe. The assembly kit will seal 58-60 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube. Install this kit to the one end closed tube for induction heater (click picture below left to enlarge) Assemble this kit to the induction heater provided by MTI to do vacuum heating
Vacuum Level	10E-5 torr by molecular pump and 10E-2 torr by mechanical pump
Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange ( see picture below ) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
