OTF-1200X-7Z-8 is a split-able seven-zone 8" ID tube furnace with an 82" ( 2100 mm) L heating zone up to 1200°C. The multiple zones tube furnace is enabled to create a1500 "L uniform temperature zone within +/- 2ºC. The quartz tube and vacuum sealing flanges with a pressure gauge & a ball valve are included for immediate use.  Seven programmable digital temperature controllers are installed with seven K-type thermal couples with an accuracy of +/- 1 °C. Software is used to operate the furnace by a laptop computer

  • Double-layer steel case with two cooling fans, which ensures low surface temperature < 70 °C
  • Energy-saving high-purity fibrous alumina insulation;
  • Buffer types of thermal blocks made of fibrous alumina are included.  For better cleanness, you may order quartz theral blocks
  • Two electric cylinders drive the top split cover to open and clode

Quartz Tube & Sealed flange
     
  • Quartz Tube is 8.5"OD x 8.1" x 60"L (216 OD x 206 IDx 2500 L mm)
  • One pair of SS 304 vacuum flanges with double high-temperature silicone O-rings and a water cooling jacket is included
  • 2 needle valves are installed with a flange for gasinlet and outlet
  • One Vacuum/ pressure gauge is installed on one side flange
  • The vacuum level is 10-2 torr by the mechanical vacuum pump and 10-5 torr by the turbopump.

  • Recipes: Using a PC tool, recipes can be created to change the operating parameters of the E3000 simply by selecting a new recipe via a PC. This is very useful where multiple products are processed using the same controller but require different parameters to be set.
