STX-100QX is a diamond wire curve cutting machine, which is designed for cutting irregular shapes samples of non-conductive materials, such as ceramics, polymer composite. The machine is controlled by the included PC and software. As long as inputting a 2D drawing, it will cut the sample automatically up to 200mm x 220mm x 50mm Max.

The materials for cutting	The machine can cut almost every type of material as long as its hardness less than diamond Especially good at cutting non-conductive material, which EDM can not be cut It also can cut metallic material at low speed than EDM Can cut any curve and straight line

Application Note	Different material requires different cutting parameters It is the customer's responsibility to find the best cutting parameter. Diamond wire is consumable.
