  SYJ-1610 Precision Dicing Saw with Air Bearing offers high precision, rigidity, and output power while keeping low noise levels and a long lifespan. An industrial computer control system with a 15-inch industrial-grade LCD touchscreen is equipped for all operations and real-time status monitoring, also offers a self-guided program mode, and a multi-set process program can be programmed to adapt to various materials and methods of cutting.

  The spindle speed is adjustable. The y-axis is controlled by grating closed-loop and fitted by a mathematical model for higher precision. More than collimation and rapid alignment,  the ring Light, and coaxial light can be switched at will with microscope auto-focus,

Self-locking by cutting space, and multiple protection measures such as Compressed air, cooling water, power supply, and alarm prompt, make it safer to use.

Cooling Water Requirements
  • A Φ12MM connection port is reserved. Recommended using a quick-connect plug with a separate valve
  • Cooling water for Spindle:
    • Recommend an industrial circulating water chiller with 0.6 horsepower cooling capacity and temperature control accuracy ± 2 ° C
    • The interface is φ6mm hose (refer to Hanway CA-0.6 water chiller for details)
    • May share the same intake with the cooling water for cutting
  • Cooling water for cutting
    • The pipeline should be less than 2 meters
    • The pressure should be not less than 0.3 Mpa
    • The flow should be not less than 3l/min
Waste Water Pipe Requirements
  • Inside diameter 30m
  • The height of the pipeline port shall not exceed 400mm 
Compressor (separate purchase) 
  • An oil-free gas source with no water and no impurities is required
  • The pressure should be above 8 kg
  • The compressor can be more than 7.5 kW of power, and cooling and drying machines can be chosen according to the air compressor
  • The distance between the connecting port and the equipment shall not exceed 2 meters, the pressure shall not be less than 0.6 Mpa, and the flow rate shall not be less than 300l/Min
  • The pipeline must be safe and reliable and connected to an air dryer and filter
