SYJ-400 (upgraded EC-400) is a CE-certified precise dicing and cutting solution for the R&D Lab in the Materials and Microelectronics research field. It is designed for dicing and cutting almost all kinds of materials up to 4" diameter wafer or 8" L x 4" W x 1" H components. The EC-400 saw can be computerized with a position accuracy of 0.01 mm. The sample stage with two angles adjustment allows customers to cut materials at the desired angle with +/- 0.5° tolerance. A laptop with software and USB cable are installed.

Operation Instruction
Application Notes	Click here to learn how to mount/ align the sample Must use anti-corrosion coolant during cutting to avoid rusting the lead screw. Please never use water as a coolant during cutting. You may select our LubeCool-150 lubricant as the coolant, and build up a small circulation system with a 6L circulating coolant tank, which will make the diamond blade cut more efficiently and prevent corrosion. Also, you can use W10-30 motor oil as a coolant, which is available at any auto store Instruction for SYJ-400 & SYJ-800 turning off windows automatic update Applications on various materials
Warning	It is required to use proper cutting fluid with the saw to prevent corrosion of the machine components. We strongly recommend you use an oil-based coolant or lube cool lubricant with the water. Do not use tap water directly, otherwise, the rusting component is not part of the warranty Never cut any materials without the use of proper cutting fluid. If you do so, serious damages can be caused by the spooler driving mechanism For cutting the sticky materials such as non-ferrous alloy, epoxy, and plastic, you must sharpen the diamond blade frequently. We suggest that cutting the sample along with the included dressing stone (Glue sample and the dressing stone side by side and cut them together, this process will help keep the blade sharp enough for efficient cutting Please clean the machine after the completion of each use, especially the lead screw using WD-40 lubricant (1 can include) after each use. Make sure the X, Y and Z axes can move freely without blocking and rusting If you don't know what is the best cutting speed for your material, please try to speed from low (2 mm/minute) to high (6 mm/minute). Harder material needs lower speed to avoid blade or sample broken
