MSK-USP-6000 is a lab-scale spray dryer that generates fine particles by evaporating the atomized liquid spray and that has been collected through the cyclone separating process. It is suitable for synthesizing heat-sensitive materials for a broad range of applications, including pharmaceuticals, Nanotechnology, Catalysts, Fuel cells, and Batteries.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • A dual-channel spray nozzle with an anti-clogging function prevents the nozzle from being clogged during the spray process
  • Transparent receiving tank, drying chamber, and cyclone separator for easy process monitoring
  • Borosilicate glass chamber resists strong acid/alkali and high-temperature
  • The use of quick clamps allows easy component removal and cleaning 
  • The included air compressor is quiet (50dB) and clean (oil-mist-free)
  • Digital control panel
  • Built-in PID temperature controller for accurate Inlet/outlet air temperature control
  • The user-friendly control panel enables easy adjustment of temperature, airflow & pressure, pumping speed, and anti-clogging interval
  • Solvent feeding via a peristaltic pump, the rate is adjustable
