2L Precision Slurry Feeder with Stirring & Vacuum & Heating Functions (150oC Max) - MSK-SP-H2

MSK-SP-H2 is a precision slurry feeder delivered by a screw pump with a 2000 mL air-tight stainless steel container. The container is heat able up to 150 °C
with digital temperature control. A stirring blade is inside the chamber to mix the slurry under either a vacuum or positive pressure condition. It is designed for delivering slurry 
precisely for roll-to-roll Slot-die coating, and can also be used for mixing slurry before coating. It is a multi-function tool for preparing various films for poly, ceramics, 
and electrodes of lithium-ion batteries. 
SPECIFICATIONS:

Features

  • High-precision screw pump for delivering slurry with a wide range of viscosity from 0 to 10e6 CPS
  • The stirring blade is inside the container to keep the slurry without precipitation during the coating
  • Vacuum mixing is possible to remove gas bubbles before coating.
  • 2000 ml container is heatable up to 150°C for mixing and delivering special coating slurry.
  • The device is Ar gas-compatible

Slurry Container

  • Air-tight 2000 ml slurry container made of SS 316 stainless steel
    • Vacuum can reach 10-2 torr by MTI mechanical pump ( optional) for mixing with the KF25 port
    • Positive inert gas pressure can reach 0.6 MPa for a high-viscosity slurry with a 1/4 gas inlet and valve.
  • A rotary stirring blade is built inside the container and driven by a DC motor
    • Stirring speed: 0 - 400 rpm adjustable
  • A heating jacket is installed outside the container with a 150ºC max. working temperature
  • One slurry position sensor is installed inside the container to ensure the machine stops running when the slurry is empty

  • Screw pump materials:
    • The rotor is made of EPDM, and the Stator is made of SS316
  • Feeding speed: 4~48ml/min adjustable 
  • Feeding accuracy: 1%
Touch-Screen Control Panel

  • The control unit is separated from the feeding device with a 7" color touchscreen panel, which will control and display the parameters below:
    • Mixing blade speed ( 0- 400 rpm)
    • Slurry feed speed ( 4~48ml/min )
    • Heating temperature ( RT- 150oC, single point )
Options
  • To achieve a better coating by the slot die, the viscosity and dispersion of the slurry are significant. Please click the picture below to order a viscosity meter (Pic. 1) and dispersing machine(Pic. 2) to find the best parameter for your coating,
