5-Channel Solid Powder Dispenser with Precision Scale for High Throughput Preparation - MSK-HTML-SD

MSK-HTML-S is a compact version high throughput automatic dispenser with 5 dispensing tanks for solid powder distribution of up to 6 type samples. (Sample number could be customized).
The application interface allows the user to make dedicated programming steps for preparing samples of various weights and composition ratios with 2 mg resolution. 
The integrated dispensing mechanism provides a fully automatic, unattended, reproducible dispensing process.
It is an ideal tool for powder sample preparation in high-throughput alloy and ceramic research (such as solid electrolyte development in Lithium-ion batteries).
MTI has granted the patent 2019SR0892401 for the High Throughput Automatic Powder Dispensing System MSK-HTML-S since July 2019.

Movement	XYZ triaxial module platform station with travel accuracy +/- 0.01 mm X-axis: single guide slider module, the working distance is 420mm, built-in Servo motor; Y-axis: double guide slider module, the working distance is 270mm, built-in Servo motor; Z-axis: rail slider module, the working distance is 140mm, built-in Servo motor.
Dispensing Mechanism	Each container tube will be moved to the dispensing station via an XYZ motion moving station. The sample will be dispensed from the sample feeder. After dispensing, the container tube will be moved back to the loading station. Please watch the Demo Video for more details
Sample Carousel	6 sample containers, each with a capacity of 30 mL.
Air Source	An inert Gas Tank or Air Compressor (0.5~0.8Mpa) is needed for the machine operation, please purchase separately.  Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor (pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator (pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation.  Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
