BK-380 is a desktop dual channel precision peristaltic pump for liquid transfer and dispensing. The dual pump heads enable to double the total flow rate and allows simultaneously to deliver two different liquids. Its compact and stackable head structure saves space, and tool-free tube replacement ensures easy operation. This peristaltic pump is compatible with BPT and silicone tube for precise and reliable liquid handling. The touchscreen enables to easy operation and provides real-time RPM and flow rate reading.

Available Operation Mode
  • Continuity Mode and Ration Mode
  • Continuity Mode: The Peristaltic Pump continuously runs once the Start Button is pressed and stops when the Pause Button is pressed. The pumping flow rate can be adjusted during the operation.
  • Ration Mode: The transfer liquid volume is preset and stops automatically based on the preset parameters. It enables to set desired transfer liquid volume, cycle number and break duration. Operation can manually initiated by customer from touchscreen.

External Control
  • The foot pedal is connected to the extension port and allows customers control the peristaltic pump with hands-free convenience.
  • Other communication interfaces  are reserved.

Touchscreen
  • Equipped with a 4.3-inch color touchscreen
  • Operational modes are selected and parameters are set from touchscreen. General operation and stop of the peristaltic pump are trigged via touchscreen.

Functions and Features
  •  Dual pump head design doubles the total flow rate and allows simultaneously to deliver two different liquids.
  • Multiple stacking pump heads to save space.
  • Easy operation and replacement of pumping tubes.
  • Touchscreen enables operational setting and display for real-time RPM and flowrates.

  • With standard package, two 8 mm O.D x 5 mm I.D pumping tubes are included.
  • It also compatible with 5.6 mm O.D x 2.4 mm I.D pumping tubes and 11.1 mm O.D x 7.9 mm I.D pumping tubes.
  • The overall pumping flow rate increases proportionally with the Inner Diameter (I.D) of the selected pumping tube.
