Vacuum Sealing Assembly for 84 mm dia Tube Furnace with Valve / Vacuum Meter - FL-84

This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends of OD 84 mm tube without any welding and gluing.

• Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange.
• On one end the flange has a vacuum meter with valve attached, and on the other end has the only valve.
• Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
• 1/4" hose connector in the both of ends.
• 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose.
• Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.

 

• The assembly kit will seal 84 - 86 mm diameter of MTI Alumina and Mullite tube as related product below.
• um level:  10-5 torr by the molecular pump and 10-2 torr by a mechanical pump

Package included	One flange with gauge and valve, one flange with valve, two steel sealing rings, four high-temperature silicone O-rings  ( 300oC Max.), and six screws
Vacuum level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and  10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump
Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
