Sealing Flange for 80mm dia Tube w/ 1/4" Feed-through, Valves & KF-25 Vacuum Ports - FL-80KF25-FT

 This is a pair of a smart sealing assembly for a vacuum tube furnace to seal both ends of OD 80-81 mm tube without any welding and gluing.

• Left side flange has a barbed needle valve,1/4" feedthrough for thermocouple inserted, and 1/8 NPS valve with installed Mechanical Pressure Gauge. (if you need  Compact Digital Vacuum Gauge, please choose from product option at extra cost. If you don't need vacuum gauge, please instruct us when you order, we can take it off, but no price deduction )
• Righ side flange has a KF25 port with a barbed needle valve. You may need KFD25 angle valve before connecting the vacuum port to a vacuum pump. Please choose the KF25 angle valve at the related product below.
• Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
• 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose.
• Designed for MTI OTF-1200X Desktop Quartz Tube Furnace.
• Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.

Sturcture
Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
