Vacuum Sealing Flange with Quartz Observation Window 100mm - FL-101WD

This is a smart sealing assembly w/ quartz observation window. Users can check the inside of a reaction chamber without interrupting the process. The flange has three sizes that fit 100 - 102 mm O.D processing tube. Check in the options bar.

SPECIFICATIONS

Package included	One flange with gauge and valve, one steel sealing rings, two high-temperature silicone O-rings ( 300oC Max.), and three screws, as well as the observation window.
Feature	Made of 304 Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. 30 mm dia. UV grade quartz view window is installed in the center of the flange. Dial Vacuum gauge and valve are installed on side of the flange. 1/4" hose Nipple is connected to the valve. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe. The assembly kit will seal a 100-102 mm diameter alumina and quartz tube.
Warning	The refractory tube blocks must be placed in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melting the silicone O-ring. Customers may order a ceramic block from related products below. A water cooling flange with a view window is available upon request. Two flanges with a view window are needed for viewing through the tube. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs. For liability considerations, MTI does not recommend or endorse the use of any toxic, flammable or corrosive gases with our flange assemblies.
