This is a pair of air tight sealing flanges made of polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) for 80 mm diameter processing tube. It is ideal for working with CVD gases that are corrosive to stainless steel.
  • Made of polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on flange.  
  • Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" pipe adaptor.    
  • The assembly kit will seal one end of 80-82 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube.
  • Vacuum pressure can reach 10-5 torr with a suitable pump.
  • Max. working temperature:  250ºC
  • The digital pressure gauge is optional
  • For liability considerations, MTI does not recommend or endorse the use of any toxic, flammable or corrosive gases with our flange assemblies. Please contact us with any concerns.
  • Note:  
    • A thermal block must be placed at the end of the furnace to reduce heat radiation, otherwise, the PTFE flange may melt off if the furnace temperature is higher than 500ºC.
