Water Cooled Sealing Flange for 50mm dia. Processing Tube - FG-50WC

This is a pair of sealing flange with SS water cool tubing & valve for OD 50 +/- 1.0 mm diameter processing tube. If you can not use a ceramic block in two ends of the tube, you have to use the SS water cool tubing to keep flanges cool (otherwise, silicone o-ring may get damaged).

SPECIFICATIONS

Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on the flange. Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" pipe adaptor. 12mm push fitting for water pipes. The assembly kit will seal one end of 50-52 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube. Vacuum meter is installed on one side of the flange.
Vacuum level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbo pump and  10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump

Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange ( see picture below ) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You may order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs. For liability considerations, MTI does not recommend or endorse the use of any toxic, flammable or corrosive gases with our flange assemblies. Please contact us with any concerns.
