MGI-D12H25 is a set of alumina curcibles with a boat for hi-throughput material processing. It is good for samples in small amount but multiple batches. The assembly is compatible with MTI's Single Zone Furnaces with 3" tube or larger.
Size / material combinations are largely flexible with MTI's available crucibles and boats to fit various application requirements.

Alumina Boat	One (1) high purity Alumina combustion boats for easy organization of the miniature crucibles CA-L100W40H18 Dimension: Length: 100 mm; Width: 43±3 mm; Height: 18 mm Shape: as picture Capacity: ~40ml
Alumina Crucibles	Twenty (20) high purity Alumina cylindrical crucibles with covering lids for small quantities of samples CA-D12H25 Dimension: 12.5 mm OD; 10.5 mm ID; 25 mm Height Shape: Cylindrical, as picture shown Capacity: 2.9 ml The anti-slip design in the covering lid to ensure the lid stays in place on the crucible
Materials	Purity: Al₂O₃ > 99.5%; Fe₂O₃ < 0.01% 100% impervious Density: > 3.8 g/cm³ Max. working temperature: 1750 °C or 3180 °F Note: Never heat and cool faster than 5 °C/min. Otherwise, the boat and/or crucibles may crack.
